Our dishes are prepared healthfully and wholesomely. Butter, salt, flour and breading are avoided. The right combination of Herbs is the key. We cook only with olive, grape or canola oils. As in any five star establishment, our recipes are our own. We’ve been perfecting them for almost 20 years.

We prepare a variety of Rubs, Marinades, and Dipping sauces to help you create a succulent seafood dinner with ease. Myself and my staff routinely offer cooking advise in simple terms so that even an unwilling participant can be comfortable with.

La Mer is relocating slightly. Only one unit over, but a big step for our customers and staff alike. An updated look with the same nautical feel. More staff and available product. Roomier, cleaner and a more efficient working space, and a full service sandwich station for quick lunches on the run.

Just when you think La Mer has done all it can for its friends, you’ll be pleased to learn that we have a catering service too! Our specialty is Lobsterbakes or as we call them, Lobsterfests and fish grills, but we also cater wonderful cocktail parties, BBQ’s, and formal plated events. From country simple to wedding elegant.
