Your patio heater can be decorative enough to be placed in plain sight, or it can be placed strategically so that it is out of the way but can still function well enough to heat the area that you want heated.
With newer homes, there are usually electrical outlets installed in outside walls around a patio, and if your home doesnt have that then you can easily get one installed.
For this reason, it is important to buy an actual patio heater and not a heater that is made to be used inside your home.
If your patio is enclosed by something solid such as glass, then you will probably not have a lot of air circulating through it when it is cold outside; youll keep any windows or doors closed to conserve heat.
This is because when a halogen heater is used, it can direct heat more efficiently, thus overcoming the fact that an area is not enclosed.
To keep your stainless steel patio heater clean, wash the stainless steel frame occasionally with warm soap and water (please be sure that the heater is unplugged and completely cool before you do this!
